基于PCS7与SIMATIC IT的MES数据采集方法研究

摘要

针对制造执行系统（MES）对生产的实时性和数据的准确性、快速性与安全性要求，基于西门子PCS7和SIMAT-IC IT平台，研究了各层级之间的数据关系，实现了数据信息的采集与发布，以及对生产全过程的跟踪管理，以适应现代工业企业管理信息化、智慧化的要求。%For manufacturing execution system (MES) on the production of real-time and data accuracy,rapidity and safe-ty requirements.In this paper,Siemens PCS7 and SIMATIC IT as a platform to study the relationship between levels of data to achieve a data col ection and dissemination of information,as wel as track and manage the entire process of production, in order to meet the requirements of modern industrial enterprise management informationization and wisdom.
