基于OPC的SIMATIC PCS7预测控制实验系统设计与实现

为锻炼学生在实验教学中的创新能力,提出一种依托SIMATIC PCS7系统和SMPT-1000实验装置的预测控制实验系统.在介绍SIMATIC PCS7系统的基础上,以OPC通信协议为桥梁,实现了预测控制算法在SMPT-1000实验过程中的应用,提高了学生对高级过程控制算法的认知和理解,培养了学生的创新思维和创新能力,对高校实验教学的发展有着极其重要的推动作用.%In order to improve students' innovative ability in the experimented teaching,a kind of experiment by using on SMPT-1000 device of model predictive control is put forward based on SIMATIC PCS7 system.The model predictive control in the process industry is realized via the OPC communication protocol.This experiment can help students understand the process control and advanced algorithms.It can also cultivate their innovative thinking and innovative ability.This experiment plays a very important role in the development of experimental teaching in colleges and universities.
