活性炭基干法脱硫过程中的放硫关系到活性炭基脱硫的应用领域,研究避免和降低活性炭基脱硫过程中的放硫非常必要.根据脱硫过程中进口与出口硫化物形态的异同,总结了活性炭基脱硫过程中放硫的现象,重点介绍了脱硫过程中二氧化硫和羰基硫生成的放硫现象.从脱硫过程中气体组成出发,给出了活性炭基脱硫机理和放硫机理.综述了活性炭基脱硫剂本体、脱硫操作条件及气氛对活性炭基脱硫过程中放硫的影响规律,为未来活性炭基脱硫剂研究、开发以及使用提供依据.%The phenomena of the emission of sulfide from activated carbon-based sorbents in dry desulfu-rization will influence the application fields of the sorbents. It is necessary to research on the avoidance and decrease of sulfide emission from activated carbon-based sorbents during desulfurization. Based on the difference of sulfide shape in the inlet and outlet during desulfurization, the phenomena of emission of the sulfide from activated carbon-based desulfurization, and especially the formation of SO2 and COS during desulfurization were summarized. The mechanisms of desulfurization and sulfide emission were given according to gas composition in desulfurization. The influence of activated carbon properties, desulfurization operation condition and gas composition on sulfide emission was reviewed in order to provide a basis for the research on, development and application of activated carbon-based sorbents in the future.
