二乙醇胺/磷酸催化甲醛和丙醛缩合制备2-甲基丙烯醛

             

摘要

2-Methyl propenal via the condensation of methanal and propanal was synthesized using the mixture of diethanolamine and H3PO4 as the catalyst instead of triethylamine hydrochloride. The reaction condition was investigated. The results showed that the yield and purity of 2-methyl propenal were 95% and 97% respectively under the optimum reaction condition of propanal/methanal molar ratio 1: 1. 05, room temperature,first adding the catalyst,then methanal,and finally propanal with stirring. The catalytic activity of diethanolamine/H3P04 was better than that of triethylamine hydrochloride.%以二乙醇胺和磷酸的混合物替代三乙胺盐酸盐作催化剂催化甲醛和丙醛缩合制备2-甲基丙烯醛,优化的反应条件为:丙醛和甲醛物质的量比为1:1.05,室温下先加催化剂,后加甲醛,搅拌下加入丙醛.2-甲基丙烯醛收率达95%(以丙醛计),纯度为97%,优于三乙胺盐酸盐作催化剂时的反应结果.
