减二线脱蜡油糠醛精制加助剂脱氮中试研究

         

摘要

采用络合萃取法对某炼油厂的减二线脱蜡油进行脱氮精制处理小试和中试研究.主要介绍减二线脱蜡油的中试,用糠醛与金属盐的混合溶剂脱除脱蜡油中的碱性氮化物.结果表明,精制油的碱氮含量为2.31 μg·g-1,旋转氧弹时间236 min,黏度指数 119,脱氮率高达99%.减二线脱蜡油糠醛精制工艺中试的操作条件为:抽提塔顶温度115℃,塔底温度70℃,剂油体积比2.0,助剂加入量5g·(kg-油)-1.%The bench-scale and pilot-scale experiments of denitrogenation refining for the second vacuum dewaxed oil by the method of complex extraction were carried out. The pilot-scale experiments of basic nitrogen compounds removal from the second vacuum dewaxod oil with furfural and mixed solvent with metal salts were mainly introduced. The results showed that the contents of basic nitrogen compounds in dewaxed oil were about 2.31 μg · g-1, rotary oxygen bomb time, viscous index and denitrification rate attained 236 rain, 119 and 99%, respectively. The optimal refining operation condition of second vacuum dewaxed oil with furfural in pilot scale experiment was as follows:top and bottom temperature in extraction tower 115 ℃ and 70 ℃ respectively, solvent/oil volume ratio 2.0, additive dosage 5g · kg-1 (oil). The later atlapulgite supplement refining could be left out for the purpose of denitrogenation of dewaxed oil.
