用于吸附腐殖酸的含丙烯酸骨架树脂的合成

         

摘要

The resins with hydrogen donator was prepared for adsorbing humic acid .The resin was characterized by infra‐red spectroscopy and polarized electron microscope .The adsorption performance of the resin for adsorption humic acid from alkaline uranium solution was tested .The results show that the resin is not adsorbing uranium in alkaline environment .The resin can combine with humic acid in solution interacts by hydrogen bond and can adsorb humic acid .The adsorption capacity of the resins for humic acid is 101 mg/g(dry resin) under the conditions of humic acid concentration of 200 mg/L ,uranium concentration of 1 .2 g/L .Using the mixed solution of 80 g/L sodium hydroxide+3 g/L hydrogen peroxide as desorbent ,the humic acid of 99% on the resin can be desorbed .%合成了一种含有氢键供体的吸附腐殖酸的树脂,借助红外光谱和偏光显微镜对树脂结构进行表征,采用碱性含铀溶液对树脂吸附腐殖酸的性能进行测试。结果表明:含有氢键供体的树脂在含腐殖酸的碱性溶液中不吸附铀;该树脂能与水溶液中的腐殖酸通过氢键相结合实现对腐殖酸的吸附分离;在腐殖酸质量浓度200 mg/L、铀质量浓度1.2g/L的溶液中,该树脂对腐殖酸的吸附容量为101.0mg/g干树脂;负载树脂用80g/L NaO H+3 g/L H2 O2溶液解吸,腐殖酸解吸率达99%。
