超声辅助改性粉煤灰对废水中氨氮去除率的影响

         

摘要

研究了以超声波辅助改性粉煤灰并应用于氨氮废水处理,考察了粉煤灰改性方式、超声功率、超声时间、改性温度、氢氧化钠浓度对粉煤灰的改性效果。结果表明:粉煤灰的碱改性过程中,只要保持 n(O H -)不变,氢氧化钠用量和浓度对粉煤灰的改性效果均无影响;将超声功率为240 W、60℃下超声3 h制得的改性粉煤灰用于从废水中去除氨氮,氨氮去除率为81.9%,比未改性粉煤灰对氨氮的去除率提高34%。%The treatment of wastewater containing ammonia nitrogen using fly ash modified by ultrasound‐assisted was studied .The effects of modification type ,ultrasound power ,ultrasound time , modified temperature ,NaOH amount and concentration on removal of ammonia nitrogen were examined .The results show that the NaOH amount and concentration are no effect on the removal of ammonia nitrogen if keeps n(OH -) constant and modify 3 h under ultrasound power 240 W .When the modified temperature is 60 ℃ ,removal rate of ammonia nitrogen can reach 81 .9% and increases 34%than that of original fly ash .
