锥形配流副静压支承的节流阻尼效应研究

         

摘要

Taking the conical spindle distributing flow pair with the hydraulic static bearing as a research project, the principle of fluid flow is analyzed. The influence of the throttle and orifice on the balance position and the lubrication characteristics are investigated contrastively. The result shows that the working pressure of the orifice has nonlinear relationship with the leakage. The conical spindle distributing flow pair with the orifice has the less leakage, which improves the power loss and the volumetric efficiency.%以应用静压支承原理的锥形配流副为研究对象,分析了锥形配流副配流面间流体流动原理,对比研究了长阻尼孔型和短阻尼孔型节流阻尼对锥形配流副的平衡位置和润滑特性的影响.结果显示,短阻尼孔压差与流量呈非线性关系,应用短阻尼孔节流方式的锥形配流副具有更小的泄漏量,有效降低了功率损失,提高了容积效率.
