浅谈对盾构机螺旋液压系统的改造

The system of the screw conveyor plays an important role in the construction of the shield machine, its performance directly af-fects the slag efficiency of the shield machine and working efficiency of the machine. In this paper, for industry peers reference, I adapt to the local conditions to sort out and explore a certain type of shield machine whose the hydraulic core system is serious fault in two aspects of the hydraulic and electrical.%螺旋输送机系统在盾构机施工中扮演着重要角色，其性能好坏直接影响着盾构机出渣效率及整机掘进作业效率。该文就某型盾构机在施工中因液压核心系统发生的严重故障而进行因地制宜的改造进行梳理与探讨，在液压和电气两个方面进行了改动探索与实践，供业内同行参考。
