自动变速器液压系统设计与动态仿真

         

摘要

The hydraulic system as an important part of the automatic transmission system of power, it can control the transmission shift pro-cess and ensure the normal operation of the transmission system. In this paper, a new hydraulic system of automatic transmission is de-signed. Through theoretical calculation, the structure size of the hydraulic control unit and the hydraulic cylinder are obtained. The dynamic simulation model of the automatic transmission is established by the ITI-Simulation simulation analysis software. The simulation results are compared with the theoretical calculation results, the correctness and reliability of the simulation model are confirmed, and the pressure and flow of the hydraulic system are simulated and analyzed based on the confirmation of the simulation model. The analysis results show that the dynamic simulation method is beneficial to the performance design and structure optimization of the hydraulic system.%液压系统作为自动变速器动力传动系统重要组成部分,对变速器的换挡过程进行控制,保证了传动系统的正常工作.文中设计了自动变速器新型液压系统.通过理论计算,获得液压控制单元和液压缸的结构尺寸,并通过ITI-Simulation仿真分析软件建立了自动变速器的动态仿真模型.将仿真结果与理论计算结果进行比较分析,确认仿真模型的正确性与可靠性,并基于确认仿真模型,对液压系统的压力和流量进行仿真分析.分析结果表明,动态仿真法有利于液压系统的性能设计和结构优化.
