以深圳地铁10号线孖雅区间双护盾TBM为研究对象,针对现场双护盾TBM油缸不同步等工程问题进行研究.探索将TBM的开环控制变成闭环控制,通过对TBM传统控制方式的改进,首次将闭环自适应PID控制算法应用于双护盾TBM控制,在AMESim中建立推进系统模型,对模型算法进行仿真分析,并通过TBM油缸控制试验平台进行实际工程验证.基于PID控制的双护盾TBM液压同步控制策略能够有效控制外界荷载变化情况导致的油缸不同步问题,降低不同步动作响应时间,该控制算法稳定性好,适应能力强,可为双护盾TBM控制系统改进提供有效指导.%Research the double shield TBM on Shenzhen Metro Line 10.By changing the traditional open loop control mode of TBM,the closed-loop adaptive PID control algorithm is applied to double shield TBM.The propulsion system model is established in AMESim.This control mode can lead to change in the effective control of the external cylinder load synchronization and reduce response time synchroniza-tion.Thecontrol mode has good stability,strong ability and can provide effective guidancefor double shield TBM control system.
