葡聚糖蔗糖酶的研究进展

摘要

葡聚糖蔗糖酶(Glucansucrase)是一类α-转糖苷酶,是生物催化合成中一种重要的工具酶.对葡聚糖蔗糖酶(Glucansucrase)类型与转糖基反应机制,及其在生物催化合成中的应用、蛋白质工程改造等方面的作用进行了综述.%Glucansucrase is a kind of α-transglucosidase,and also is an important tool enzyme for biocatalysis and biosynthesis.The types and the transglycosylation mechanism of glucansucrase as well as its application in biocatalysis,biosynthesis and role in protein engineering were reviewed.
