肠道葡萄糖转运体的研究进展

摘要

肠道葡萄糖转运体是葡萄糖在肠道吸收的主要媒介,根据其不同的转运方式可分为钠依赖性葡萄糖转运体和易化葡萄糖转运体.这两类转运体的结构和组织特异性决定了它们在葡萄糖跨膜转运过程中的角色.介绍了葡萄糖转运体结构、组织特异性和肠道葡萄糖转运体的跨膜机制,阐述了几种主要食物多酚对肠道葡萄糖转运体的影响以及对其表达的调控,对肠道葡萄糖转运体的研究进展进行了综述.%Intestinal glucose transporters were the main medium for the absorption of glucose in intestine.It could be divided into two categories,sodium dependent glucose transporter and facilitate glucose transporter,according to the different transport methods.The roles of the two types of transporters in the process of glucose transmembrane transport depend on their structure and tissue specificity.Firstly,structure and tissue specificity of glucose transporter and transmembrane mechanism of intestinal glucose transporter were introduced.Then,the influences of several kinds of food polyphenols on intestinal glucose transporters and the expression regulation of intestinal glucose transporters by several kinds of food polyphenols were expatiated.In the end,the advances in intestinal glucose transporters were summarized.
