机械类专业校企合作人才培养基地运行机制研究与实践

摘要

It is an important way to cultivate the application-oriented competent personnel majored in machinery for local universities in university-enterprise cooperative competent personnel cultivation bases.The general idea of base construction,the establishment of an effective organization and management system,the development of a sound management rules and regulations,the establishment of quality evaluation mechanism for practical teaching,the establishment of teaching staff with the combination of full-time and part-time teachers and the construction of a platform of the practical teaching network information and learning were researched and practiced in this paper,which would ensure the long-term operation of competent personnel cultivation base.%依托校企合作人才培养基地是地方性本科院校培养机械类专业应用型人才的重要途径。文章从基地建设的总体思路、建立有效的组织管理体系、制定完善的管理规章制度、建立健全实践教学质量评价机制、构建专兼结合的师资队伍及搭建实践教学网络信息与学习平台等方面进行了研究和实践，确保人才培养基地的长效运行。
