沥青混凝土搅拌站骨料烘干的影响因素

摘要

s:For present situation,there aremany problemsin asphalt concrete aggregate drying heating technologies in our country,this paper analyzesfrom aspects such as characteristics of aggregate,selection of burner,design of drying cylinder and se-lection of the dust removal system,which provides a theoretical basis for the energy saving technology of the asphalt mixing station and has important significance to the design and development of the drying cylinders.%针对目前我国在沥青混凝土骨料烘干加热技术方面存在较多问题的现状，文章从骨料的特性、燃烧器的选择、干燥滚筒的设计及除尘系统的选择等因素进行分析，为沥青混凝土搅拌站的节能减排技术提供理论依据，对干燥滚筒的设计开发也具有重要意义。
