In order to play the maximum effect of training and improve the level of human resources,this paper conducts a research on human resources training through the documentation method and questionnaire investigation method from these four aspects :analyzing training needs,promoting the conversion of teachers' training concept,adopting various training methods,and providing a good working environment for transforming training achievements.%运用文献资料法和问卷调查法从培训需求分析、促进教师培训观念转变、采取多种培训方式、为培训成果转化提供良好工作环境四方面对人力资源培训展开研究,以期发挥培训的最大效用,提高人力资源水平。
