对高等院校大学生开展木球运动的探讨

摘要

木球是一项新兴的休闲体育运动,它具有男女老少皆宜、简单易学、健身益智、娱乐休闲等特点;根据木球运动的特点与功能,并对高校体育教学现状的分析,提出在高等院校大学生中开展木球运动的可行性,为进一步开展木球运动提供坚实的理论依据。%Wood ball is a new relaxing sport which holds such many advantages for people with different ages and genders as the suitability,easiness to learn,fit-keeping function,and entertaining effect.This article emphasizes the features and charm of wood ball in order to explain the feasibility for college students to attend this class,and also provides a stable theory foundation for its further development in colleges and universities.
