现阶段我国排球联赛发展对策研究--以广东恒大女子排球俱乐部为例

摘要

采用文献、访谈、田野调查的研究方法，通过对广东恒大女子排球俱乐部运行模式的研究，分析我国排球联赛的运行机制与“恒大模式”之间的矛盾，提出现阶段排球联赛的发展应从俱乐部组建模式的改变，球员转会制度的完善，丰富后备人才培养途径，扩大排球运动群众基础等方面着手。%Using the methods of literature, interview, and field survey, through to the Guangdong Hengda female volleyball club operation mode of study , this paper has analyzed our country volleyball league operation mechanism and the contradiction between" Hengda mode". The article proposes the present stage our country the development of volleyball league club organizing mode should be changed , make the transfer system perfect, enrich backup talent cultivation way, and expand the volleyball mass base and other aspects.
