Using questionnaire survey method and mathematical statistics, technology factors of affecting forehand tennis beginners’ effect in 15 undergraduate course colleges and universities in Shandong province were investigated. The results show that the hitting point being not fixed, wrist joint being relatively fixed, not fully, racket back too and arm power shots are the four key factors affecting the effects of tennis beginners. Therefore , it is necessary to strengthen the pace for beginners to practice, to be familiar with the ball, for the coach to be strict with as soon as possible , to take action and help build specification beginners chain of"power" power concept, to cultivate a beginner finalize the design of reasonable operation and improve the beginner right action, to strengthens the organic integration of beginners’ body, mind, intelligence.%运用问卷调查法、数理统计法在山东省15所本科院校调查影响网球初学效果正手技术因素，结果表明：击球点不固定；腕关节不能相对固定；转体不充分，引拍过大；手臂发力击球是影响网球初学效果的四大关键因素。因此要对初学者加强步伐练习，尽快熟悉球性；教练要严格要求，规范初学者引拍动作；帮助建立“动力链”发力概念，培养初学者合理的动作定型；提高初学者正确动作与错误动作的鉴别力；加强初学者身、心、智的有机结合。
