This paper tries to find out the existing problems of young pitchers in the game , and provide a theoretical basis for the coaches to guide training pitcher with the research methods of questionnaire , on-the-spot investigation, statistical analysis, comparative analysis of technical pitcher the 2014 National Youth Baseball Championship.%通过问卷调查法、实地考察法、数理分析法等研究方法，对2014年全国青少年棒球锦标赛投手技术进行比较分析，找出青少年投手比赛中存在的问题，为教练员指导训练投手提供理论依据。
