高校体育教学中微课程的应用探讨

This paper, based on a brief overview of the sources and main characteristics of the micro-curriculum, combining the current situation of college sports teaching , analyzes the "micro lesson" feasibility of applying university sports curriculum teaching and basketball. And the article, taking the basketball as an instance, discusses its specific application in College Physical Education Teaching , intending to provide effective reference for College Physical Education.%在简要概述微课程来源及主要特征的基础上，结合当前高校体育教学现状，分析微课程应用于高校体育课程教学的可行性，并以篮球项目为例，探讨其在高校体育教学中的具体应用，旨在为高校体育教学提供有效参考。
