缬草挥发油的超临界CO2萃取及其在烟草中的应用

         

摘要

为了开发新的天然烟用香料,研究了超临界CO2萃取缬草(Valeriana officinalis L.)挥发油的工艺,用GC-MS分析了挥发油中的主要成分,并以该挥发油进行了卷烟加香试验.结果表明,超临界CO2萃取缬草挥发油的优化工艺条件为:萃取温度40℃、萃取压力40MPa、萃取时间2h、CO2流量30L/h,分离釜压力和温度分别为8 MPa和40℃;缬草挥发油共鉴定出50种成分,主要有乙酸龙脑酯、莰烯、α-蒎烯、β-蒎烯、乙酸桃金娘烯酯等;卷烟加香评价结果表明,缬草挥发油在丰富烟香、增加膏香和木香、柔和烟气、掩盖杂气方面有较好的作用.%Valeriana officinalis L. Was extracted with super critical CO2 to develop a new natural cigarette flavor. The extract was analyzed by GC-MS and applied in cigarette as a flavor. The optimum extraction conditions were as follows: extraction temperature was 40 ℃, extraction pressure was 40 Mpa, flow rate of CO2 was 30 L/h,extraction time was 2 h, separation temperature was 40 ℃, separation pressure was 8 Mpa. 50 components in the extract were identified by GC/MS, and the contents of bornyl acetate, camphene, α-pinene, β-pinene, myrtenyl acetate were relatively high. The results showed that addition of the extract obviously improved tobacco aroma, smoke smoothness and after-taste of cigarette, and effectively decreased the offensive odor of cigarette smoke.
