加拿大转基因马铃薯田间试验概况

摘要

A survey on Canada database about field trials of genetically modified potato (Solatium tuberosum L.)during 1990~ 2010 was conducted in order to reveal the characteristcs and trend in research and development of genetically modified potato. Results indicated that totally 593 field trials had been undertaken in 9 states during the last 20 years, involving 6 novel traits and 3 companies or institutions, contributed to 6.8% of all field trials of genetically modified crops. In addition, the influencing factors and trend of genetically modified potato, were also analyzed in order to provide reference to the development of potato in China.%对1990～2010年加拿大转基因马铃薯(Solanum tuberosum L.)田间试验的相关数据进行分析,揭示了加拿大转基因马铃薯田间试验的变化特点和趋势.20年间,加拿大先后受理了593次转基因马铃薯的田间试验,占加拿大转基因作物田间试验总次数的6.8％,涉及到6个主要目标性状、3家研究机构和9个试验地点.此外,还分析了加拿大转基因马铃薯田间试验变化的趋势及相关的影响因素,从而为我国转基因作物的发展提供参考.
