Pigment was extracted from sugarcane molasses alcohol wastewater by ion exchange fiber (IEF). The effects of decolorizing system's temperature, velocity of wastewater, filling height of IEF on the dynamic decoloration of molasses alcohol wastewater were investigated. The result showed that the optimum conditions were, velocity of wastewater, 3 mL/min; filling height of IEF, 15.0 cm; temperature of flocculation system, 60 ℃ ; the decoloration rate of sugarcane molasses alcohol wastewater was 83.56% under these conditions. According to FT-IR of the extracted pigment, it has hydroxy and carbonyl. Based on the delineation of moving-boundary model, the kinetic equation of IEF adsorbing pigment was conducted as 1-3(1-F)2/3+2(1-F)=48.16 r-2Ci1.2633exp[-19950/RT]×t.%采用离子交换纤维(IEF)提取糖蜜酒精废液中的色素,考察了脱色体系温度、IEF填装高度、废液流速等因素对动态脱色的影响.结果表明,用10.00 g IEF动态脱色的最佳条件是废液流速为3 mL/min、IEF填装高度为15.0 cm、脱色体系温度为60℃,脱色率可达83.56%.采用红外光谱对提取的色素进行表征,可知其含有羟基和羰基.根据移动边界模型对试验过程的描述,推导出IEF吸附色素的动力学方程为:1-3(1-F)2/3+2(1-F)=48.16 r-2C11.2633exp[-19950/RT]×t.
