复方中药提取物抗白色念珠菌活性及其主要成分

摘要

The anti-Candida albicans activity and major components of conpound Chinese Medicine extracts composed of Sophora flawescens, Smilax glabra and Cortex dictamni were researched. The broth microdilution antifungal susceptibility test was applied to study antibacterial activity of compound extracts to Candida albicans. The component pretesting of compound extracts was carried out by chemistry method. The results revealed that extracts had obvious anti-Candida albicans activity,and polysaccharides, flavonoids and alkaloids were the major components of compound extracts. It's possible that the three components were the significant components of exerting the antifungal activity. However, the identification of concrete elements still needed further study.%研究由苦参、土茯苓和白鲜皮组成的复方中药提取物的抗白色念珠菌活性及主要成分.采用肉汤微量稀释法,测定复方中药提取物对白色念殊菌的抗菌活性,并采用化学方法对中药复方提取液进行成分预试.结果显示,提取物具明显的抑制白色念殊菌生长的活性;经理化鉴别试验显示,该复方提取物主要含有多糖、黄酮、生物碱三大类成分.表明多糖、黄酮和生物碱这三大类成分可能是复方提取物发挥抗白色念珠菌活性的重要成分,但确定其发挥作用的具体成分还需进一步的研究.
