The present invention relates to the production of a cream incorporated of nanocápsulas carreadoras of cyclodextrin containing the ethanolic extract of the species Miconia albicans.The ethanolic extract of nanocápsulas contain the Miconia albicans to increase and / or preserve its antimicrobial activity.The ethanolic extract was incorporated into the nanocápsulas in percentage of 3%, 6% and 12%.In addition, the extract was tested for minimum inhibitory concentration, with the results obtained in concentrations of 30 and 60 g / L.The topical composition produced aims to increase the bioactivity of the extract, and enhance its effect in the human body, particularly the antimicrobial effects.The possibilities for applications that involve the extract in pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries.
