满天星切花保鲜液的筛选及其生理效应研究

     

摘要

8-hydroxyquinoline citric acid salt, vitriolic fresh liquid and potassium were used to study the fresh-keeping solution of the Gypsophila paniculata L. and its physiological effect by orthogonal test. The results showed that the formula of sucrose 5g/L +8-hydroxyquinoline citrate 500 mg/L + potassium aluminum sulfate 150 mg/L could prolong vase life of G. paniculata effectively compared with the control. Cut flowers treated with the fresh keeping agents showed lower level of water stress, membrane lipid peroxidation, and higher membrane integrity. The fresh keeping agents had tremendous effect on keeping water balance of the cut flowers.%以蔗糖、8-羟基喹啉柠檬酸盐和硫酸铝钾配制保鲜液,通过正交试验筛选满天星(Gypsophila paniculata L.)切花最佳保鲜液配方,并研究其生理效应.结果表明,满天星切花保鲜液的最佳配方为蔗糖5g/L+8-羟基喹啉柠檬酸盐500 mg/L+硫酸铝钾150mg/L;该保鲜液能有效延长满天星切花的瓶插寿命,有利于保持切花水分平衡,减轻水分胁迫,减少膜脂过氧化,保持细胞膜的完整性.
