关中-天水经济区现代农业产业体系重构模式探讨

摘要

重构并健全农业产业体系是建设好关中-天水经济区的必然要求与使命,也是建设现代农业产业体系、提升农业产业核心竞争力的重要途径.结合关中-天水经济区现代农业产业体系的发展现状与存在的问题,导入区域品牌理论与合作营销理念,提出了重构关中-天水经济区农业产业体系的思路、模式与具体途径.提出了强化政府在产业体系中的引导与服务功能,发挥龙头企业在产业布局和区域品牌建设中的主体作用,加大对农业或农产品区域品牌的推广、监督和保护,鼓励农户开展合作营销,以降低营销成本并提升营销质量的对策.%Reconstruction of agricultural industrial system is a key factor for the development of Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Zone and the improvement of industrial core competence. Based on the discussion on current status and problems, the path was presented for the reconstruction of system in terms of brand theory and cooperative marketing. Some suggestions were proposed such as enhancing the lead of government, protection of district brand and stimulation of cooperative marketing.
