喷施NaHS03溶液对红富士苹果贮藏生理的影响

摘要

以8年生盛果红富士苹果(Malus domestica Borkh.cv.Red Fuji)树为试材,通过叶面、果面喷施不同浓度的NaHSO3溶液,观察了红富士苹果采收后在常温下几项贮藏生理指标的变化规律.结果表明,在红富士苹果的生长发育过程中,叶面、果面喷施NaHSO3溶液可保持果实的硬度,降低失水率和病害率,延缓可溶性固形物、总糖、维生素C(VC)和可滴定酸相对含量的下降,其中以10 mmol/L NaHSO3溶液处理的综合效果最为显著.%Sodium bisulfate(NaHSO3) solutions were applied by foliage and fruits spraying on 8-year-old fertile Red Fuji apple (Malus domestica Borkh.cv.Red Fuji) trees during full bearing period.The changing rules of physiological indexes of apples stored at room temperature after reaping was observed.The results showed that spraying NaHSO3 on leave and fruit during the fruit growth and development stage could preserve the hardness of fruit,decrease the water loss rote and disease rate,delay the declining of content of soluble solids,total sugar,vitamin C and titratable acid in fruit,among which 10 mmol/L NaHSO3 had the best comprehensive effect.
