十堰市甘薯产业生产加工现状及发展思路

摘要

通过对十堰市六县（市)甘薯产业的生长环境、种植概况、区域、品种、加工现状进行全面调查，分析甘薯产业存在的问题，提出发展甘薯产业的建议和思路。%The growth environment, plant situation, region, varieties and processing conditions of sweet potato industry in six counties of Shiyan city were studied. The problems of sweet potato industry were analyzed. The advices on developing potato industry were put forward.
