Genetic diversity of 25 materials collected from three species of A kebia Decne. were detected by sequence-related amplified polymorphism(SRAP) molecular marker. The results showed that, in 12 pairs of primers, 173 polymorphism bands were detected, percentage of polymorphic bands was 83.2%, and the genetic similarties ranged from 0.2758 to 0.9310. The 25 materials were clustered into 2 groups by UPGMA. Akebia quinata Decne. formed a single cluster and A. trifoliata var. australis and A . trifoliate Koidz formed another cluster. The results indicated that SRAP markers are suited for the analysis of genetic diversity and relationship of A . Decne..%采用SRAP标记技术,对木通属(A kebia Decne.)25份药用植物材料进行遗传多样性分析.结果表明,在选用的12对引物中,共检测到173条多态性条带,多态性比率达83.2%,相似系数变化范围为0.2758~0.9310,UPGMA聚类分析将25个供试样品分为二类:五叶木通为一类,白木通和三叶木通聚为一类;SRAP标记适合木通属植物的遗传多样性、亲缘关系分析.
