中国传统文化符号具有鲜明的民族性与地域性,也是设计界宝贵的创作元素之一.该文借助建筑符号学的研究方法,对上海世博会中国馆这一显著运用中国传统文化符号的建筑进行深入分析,以寻找在建筑中应用传统文化符号的普遍方法.%Chinese traditional cultural symbols are characterized with a strong sense af nationalism and regionalism,and at the same time they are one of the creative erements in design.With the help of the methodology of architectural semiotics, this paper will construct a profound analysis about the Expo's China Pavilion which is marked in terms of putting Chinese traditional symbols into architectural use.Furthermore.this paper will search for the general methods of applying traditional symbols in the architectural world.
