Modern eco-industrial parks are led by ecology civilization. In this paper, geopolitical environment and spatial development direction are analyzed; the planning range is determined; the ecological planning philosophy is proposed and ecological goals and principles are made in consideration of the status of Naoshan economic development zone of Qingzhou city. Functional structure and spatial structure are planned to make the best of the land and natural terrain of this area. The ecological space is divided into groups of ecological functions after analysis. By organically organizing the ecological infrastructures, such as mountains and ponds, a"5-axies, 1-band, multi-point" ecological spatial structure is formed. The evaluation of ecological land construction is also proposed to promote ecological civilization and healthy development of modem industrial park.%现代产业园区是以生态文明主导.该文从山东省青州市峱山经济发展区的现状出发,分析地缘环境和空间发展方向,确定规划范围,提出生态规划理念,制定生态目标与原则.结合土地利用、自然地势、因势利导,规划该区功能结构布局结构.对生态空间进行分析,划分生态功能组团.通过对山体、沟塘等生态基础设施的有机组织,形成“五轴、一带、多点”的生态空间布局结构.并对生态用地建设进行评价,旨在促进生态文明的现代产业园区健康发展.
