The present invention relates to a building (1000) made from elementary construction units (1300) and a bearing structure which can be in the form of construction elements, characterised in that: the bearing structure is a hybrid structure made up of a metal portion and a wooden portion; the hybrid structure includes two metal frames (1100, 1200), one at the bottom (1100) and the other at the top (1200); said elementary construction units (1300) are self-supporting panels that include a wooden outer structure (1301) and contain at least one natural insulating material (1303). Said self-supporting panels (1300) are located between the lower frame (1100) and the upper frame (1200) so as to insulate at least some of said metal columns (1330) from the outside.
