基于GIS的武汉城市工业空间发展的实证研究

摘要

该文通过近20年武汉城市工业用地开发的实证研究,利用GIS对1992～2008年的武汉城市工业用地批租资料的数据进行研究,揭示武汉城市工业用地开发特征、空间发展规律以及武汉城市工业用地开发中存在的问题,为武汉城市工业空间布局的引导提供依据.同时,通过研究武汉城市工业空间成长过程、特征,揭示中部地区内聚型工业化、城镇化背景下工业布局一般规律.%Though the empirical study of the industrial land development over 20 years' in Wuhan city, which is mainly based on the use of GlS to analyse the leased industrial land information data from 1992 to 2008, this article revealed the characters of industrial land development, laws of spatiai development and the existing problems in industrial land developing in Wuhan, and provided basis to guide the industrial land layout in Wuhan. At the same time, through the study of industrial space growing process and characteristics in Wuhan, it revealed the general rules of industrial land layout under the background of cohesive industrialization and urbanization in middle area of China.
