黑龙江省中小城市区域空间规划的思考

摘要

The regional space planning is facing more challenges caused by the globalization and spatial expansion of cities. Nowadays, more and more planners have begun to pay attention to spatial plan in development which is becoming an important part of regional space planning. On this background, by analyzing the regional space and combining developmental statement, opportunities and challenges of small and middle scale cities in Heilongjiang provience, this paper proposes that the development of small and middle scale cities requires cooperation to exert advantages and extrude regional features in order to realize mutual development. It also takes Anda and Zhaodong regional in Ha Daqi Industrial Hallway as an example to carry out analysis briefly.%在经济全球化,城市空间不断扩展的影响下,区域规划需要挑战更多的新问题.空间统筹发展已经成为越来越多的规划师以及社会各界关注的对象,区域空间规划是区域规划中重要部分.该文正是在这样一个大背景下,通过对区域空间规划的分析,以及结合当前黑龙江省中小城市的发展状况、面临的机遇与挑战,思考并提出了黑龙江省中小城市的发展需要在相互协作的基础上发挥自身优势,突出区域特色,最终实现区域的共同发展.并以哈大齐工业走廊中安达、肇东区域为例进行了简要的分析说明.
