城市特色街区的当代研究与城市文化精神内核的复兴需求、悠闲旅游业的发展、城市人文环境和商业消费空间的多样化需求密不可分.研究如何在特定城市街区或地段以空间体验手段介入,营造城市空间特色,可持续地改善城市生态环境是独具意义的城市学科综合课题.该文选取苏州独具特色的平江路历史街区为例,基于环境行为视角进行空间结构整体性分析.研究搭建"空间体验"与"序列场景"理论模型,分析街区空间结构层级要素,提出优化空间形态的更新思路,并探究新时期下历史文化街区的保护与更新策略.%The contemporary research of characteristic urban block is inseparable from the revival of urban cultural spirit, the development of leisured tourism, the diversification of urban humanistic environment and commercial consumption space. It is a unique urban subject to study how to intervene in a specific city block or lot to create a city space, and to continuously improve the urban ecological environment. Taking distinctive historic block of Pingjiang road in Suzhou as an example, we conduct holistic analysis of the spatial structural from the perspective of environmental behavior. We attempt to construct the theoretical model of "Space Experience" and "Serial Vision" to analyze the hierarchical elements of spatial structure in the characteristic urban blocks, which is proposing a renewal strategy of optimized spatial morphology and also exploring the protection and renewal method of historic and cultural blocks in lately period.
