京沪高铁沿线车站站前广场空间模式和使用评价研究

摘要

Based on the Beijing-Shanghai line's case studies and the relationship between railway stations and railway lines, we present the importance and complexity, summarize and analyze the types of station square. According to the three major functional elements which is traffic transfer, city square and the commercial development, we promote the evaluation factors to station square. The main points of evaluation and case analysis of orientation, transfer distance and comfort are expounded respectively so as to provide experiences and references for the design of station square in the future.%该文对京沪高铁沿线23个大中小型案例研究,指出了站前广场功能的重要性和复杂性.通过从线侧式站房和线正式站房着手,对站前广场类型归纳为线侧式无高差型、线侧式高差型、线正式线下空置型和线正式线下布局型,并分析了不同广场类型的特征.根据站前广场的交通换乘、城市广场和商业开发三大功能提出站前广场评价的要素,分别阐述了京沪线不同站前广场类型的导向性、换乘距离和舒适度的评价要点和案例分析,以求对今后的站前广场的设计提供一定的借鉴和参考.
