北京大栅栏地区城市复兴模式研究

摘要

城市中心区的更新一直是城市更新的难题,在这一背景下,北京市委、市政府大力推动大栅栏更新计划,希望以此作为示范点.目的是以示范点带动城市中心区的更新,给其他地区提供可以参考的案例.采用实地调研及对大栅栏更新计划的实施过程中的措施分析与归纳的方法,试图探索出适合城市中心城区的复兴模式,并加以推广.该文认为城市中心区更新应该在官方、居民、商家等多方共同努力下,结合实际情况,制定出规划模式、建筑模式、景观模式及经济模式,引导该区的城市复兴.%City update has always been the problem of urban regeneration, under this background, the Beijing municipal party committee, municipal government greatly push Dashilan update plan, and hope it as a demonstration site. The purpose is to promote the city center area by demonstration, to provide a reference for other areas. By on-the-spot investigation and the method of analysis and induction of Dashilan update plan implementation process, we try to explore regeneration mode suitable for the revival of the city center. We argue that the city update should unite the efforts of official, residents, businesses. Combining with the actual situation, we can develop a model of planning, architecture, landscape pattern and economic mode, so as to guide the urban regeneration.
