危机管理在医疗纠纷防范中的作用探讨

摘要

目的探讨护士长危机管理在医疗纠纷防范中的作用。方法运用危机管理理论，通过临床工作总结对发生医疗纠纷的危险因素进行分析、总结。结果护士长危机管理职能明确，提出加强护理危机管理的策略性政策，科室护理工作安全、有序进行。结论实行危机管理能够有效地规避医疗纠纷，护士长作为科室的领头人，在医疗纠纷的防范中起主导作用。%Objective To discuss the role of crisis management by head nurse in the prevention of medical disputes.Methods The risk factors of medical disputes were analyzed and summarized with crisis management theory on the basis of clinical practices.Results The crisis management by head nurse can clearly define everyone's responsibility. Strategic policies were put forward to strengthen the nursing crisis management. The nursing work in the department was carried out in a safe and orderly manner.Conclusion The implementation of crisis management can effectively avoid medical disputes. As the leader in the department, the head nurse plays a leading role in the prevention of medical disputes.
