In military hospital, patents is the real way to protect the rights of the institutions and researchers, so as to achieve the benefits of science and research management. Science and research management personnel should enhance their awareness of patents and pay great attention to the retrieval on relation to planning management and to the managements of scientific research achievements and their development in order to avoid repeated studies and invasion of patent right.
