本文着眼军队中小医院人才建设实际,分析当前军队中小医院引进高层次人才存在的客观困难与误区,提出"结合实际、扬长避短、不拘一格、创造条件、创新模式"引进和使用高层次人才的对策与措施.%Focusing on the actuality of talent constructions in middle and small military hospitals, and the current difficulties and misunderstandings were analyzed of these hospitals in recruiting high - level talents.Countermeasures and strategies, such as combining with practice, adopting somebody’s good points and avoiding his short -comings, not sticking to one pattern, creating environment, and bringing new mode, were put forwarded as the references and consults for these hospitals to recruit and employ qualified personnel effectively.
