军队医技专业高级技术职务任职标准的比较

摘要

Objective To compare experts' opinions of appointing criterions for military medico - technical superior position. Methods The opinions of experts with different professional ranks were compared on the index weights with Delphi method. Results They agree on first - level indicators; Second - level indicators including special work, teaching, and research work; Third - level indicators including teaching achievement. There is some divergence on ideology and mortality, professional knowledge and quality of medico - technical work indicators. Conclusion The different opinions should be correctly analyzed to build the criterions.%目的 比较不同职称医技专家对军队高级技术职务任职条件的看法.方法 应用德尔菲法进行专家函询,比较不同职称专家赋予各指标权重的差异.结果 不同职称的专家对一级指标、二级指标医技工作、教学工作、科研工作、三级指标教学成果的看法基本一致.而对二级指标思想品德、专业知识、三级指标医技工作质量的看法不同.结论 综合考虑不同职称专家的意见和建议,科学制定高级技术职务标准.
