本文旨在探讨医疗改革形式下,军队医院科室目标考核量化管理中,考核指标体系的确定、具体考核方式及办法,以及应用结果,为完善军队医院绩效考评体系打下基础.%In the context of health care reform, in this paper the author explored indicators system, the specific assessment methods and the use of the objective and quantitative indicators to assess the clinical departments in a military hospital. The aim was to provide a theoretical and practical basis to improve the military hospital performance appraisal system.
