开展“双向双优”保障模式努力提高为部队服务水平

本文针对新形势下军队医院在做好为部队服务工作中,开展“双向双优”服务保障模式,提出改善硬环境,设立专属疗区保障；划出硬杠杠,明确专项制度约束；规定硬要求,精选专家队伍服务的“三专”服务保障建议,以此确保军队医院为部队服务工作落实到实处,促进此项工作的又好又快发展.%To improve the service effect for the army men in present, a support pattern of bidirectional and a pair of knight service were form in the hospital. In this pattern, the hardware instrument level was improved and the special therapy zone was set, the rules of the restriction of every institution were set up, and the expert staff to provide service was selected carefully.
