基于SMS的医院医疗安全管理

摘要

揭示当前社会公众对医疗卫生行业提供服务的满意程度,分析民航机场与教学医院在业务安全管理上的相通性,指出医院在安全管理中暴露出的主要问题,在阐述SMS的概念、核心和优势的基础上,提出教学医院借鉴SMS成功经验在医疗安全管理目标、管理节点、管理方式、信息反馈和文化营造等方面的改进措施.%In this article,the authors explained the concept and essence of Safety Management System (SMS)which has been applied to the management of civil airport and proven to be efficient.Since there are commonness and correlations between the administration of civil airport and that of the teaching hospital,the success of SMS in airport management could be introduced into the innovation of teaching hospital administration to improve the safety management of medical treatment.
