Objective To investigate the incidence of depression and the distribution of constitutional pattern in aged people in People Liberation Army.Method To fill in the quality of life questionnaire with T-sect and Geriatric Depression Scale-15 (GDS) on-the-spot investigation and check the individual medical record preserved in unit.Results A total of 4 502 elders were include in this study and 19.5％ of them were diagnosis with depression.There was no obvious difference in morbidity among aged (60 to 69,70 to 79 and over 80,P ＞0.05).The cases of qi depression,qi deficiency and yin deficiency were more in Depression than in no-Depression.Gentleness,qi deficiency and phlegm dampness were more in no-Depression than in Depression.Compared to the light depression group,patients with qi deficiency were respectively 43.8％ and 30.5％ (P =0.00,P =0.005),yin deficiency were 16％ 和 15％ (P =0.016,P =0.016)in midrange and heavy depression groups.Qi depression patients were 67.1％ in light group,dampness heat patients were 16.6％,obviously up to other groups(P ＜0.05).Conclusion 19.5％ of all cases had Depression.There is no obvious difference among three agegroups.The cases of the constitution of qi depression,qi deficiency and yin deficiency were more than other constitution in aged people with depression.There are some difference in constitution between depression and nodepression.There are intimately relation between constitution and depression.%目的 了解军队老年人群抑郁症状发生情况,掌握该群体抑郁患者的中医体质分型及特点,为从体质着手防治抑郁症状提供依据.方法 采取横断面现场调查填写老年人生活质量调查表和老年抑郁短量表,并复核干休所个人医疗档案相结合的方法.结果 军队老年人群抑郁症状发生率为19.5％,三个年龄段抑郁症状发生率无明显差异(P＞0.05);在抑郁人群中,位于前3位的体质分别为气郁质、气虚质和阴虚质;非抑郁人群中,位于前3位的体质分别是平和质、气虚质和痰湿质,两组人群的体质构成分布不同(P＜0.05).与轻度症状组相比,中、重度症状人群中气虚质比例分别达到43.8％和30.5％ (P =0.00,P=0.005),阴虚质比例分别为16％和15％ (P=0.016,P=0.016);轻度抑郁症状者气郁质明显高于其它两组(P=0.02);重度抑郁人群中湿热质占16.6％,明显高于轻度抑郁症状者(P=0.003).结论 军队老年人群抑郁症状发生率为19.5％;气虚质、气郁质和阴虚质是抑郁人群常见的体质类型;抑郁和非抑郁人群的体质构成分布不同;抑郁症状程度与体质类型有密切关系.
