老年病科医疗纠纷防范实践

摘要

The authors proposed that medical disputes could be reduced by improving the qualities of gen -eral practitioners to be more dedicated , hard-working and willing to give , keeping the hospital and departments fully-equipped , strengthening the core medical system and making treatment in rules , strengthening doctor -pa-tient communication and decision , introducing more joint multidisciplinary consultation , training the medical staff for better infection control , and shortening the length of hospitalization .%本文阐述老年学科提高医疗质量、减少医疗纠纷的做法有：培养全科医师素质、吃苦耐劳和奉献精神；配齐医院和科室诊疗抢救设备；强化核心医疗制度，诊疗活动有章可循；加强医患沟通、医患共同决策；多学科联合会诊，制订最佳诊疗方案；加强医务人员感控习惯的培养、床单位消毒，缩短患者住院时间，全面提高医疗质量。
