浅析军队医院聘用人员“四有”管理

摘要

Focusing on the daily management of employed staff in a military hospital , the author discussed the management measures of these staff , which include innovating management mode , setting up a scientific ap-pointment and evaluation system, improving the staff's capability to operate the military mission in non -war peri-od.At last, the long -term mechanism of the management was explored .%本文对军队中小医院聘用人员日常管理着手，围绕创新军队中小医院聘用人员管理模式、建立科学的任用、考评体系和提高地方聘用人员执行非战争军事任务能力，探讨新形式下军队中小医院聘用人员管理的方法与路径，对军队中小医院聘用人员管理的长效机制进行积极探索。
