目的：总结第二批中国援塞医疗队执行抗击埃博拉疫情任务的经验教训，为日后医疗分队执行类似任务提供参考。方法以第二批中国援塞医疗队的抽组、训练、派遣、执行任务等各环节的信息记录为基本资料，采用回顾性研究方法，对开展工作的情况进行分析和归纳。结果第二批援塞医疗队先期抽组参训65人，后方培训工作23天，实际派出41人，其中先遣队8人，在疫区工作66天，累计接诊疑似患者372人次，治疗确诊病例130例，其中治愈14例。结论科学合理的人员配置是完成任务的基本前提；全面严格的教育培训是完成任务的必备基础；细致充分的物资准备是完成任务的重要保障；打破常规、因地制宜的工作模式是完成任务的制胜法宝。%Objective This study was to sum up the experience and problems encountered during the sec-ond chinese medical team fight against Ebola in Sierra Leone,and to provide reference for future.Methods Retro-spective analysis was carried out for reviewing the medical team's training, dispatch, execution of tasks and so on. Results 65 staffs were trained in advance for 23 days, and 41 were chosen and sent to Sierra Leone, including 8 in advance team.372 patients were treated, including 130 confirmed Ebola virus infected patients ( 14 cases cured) during the working period of 66 days.Conclusion Scientific and reasonable staff composition, comprehen-sive and strict training, full preparation for materials and adjust measures to local conditions were basic elements for task fulfillment.
